Description: End User Support: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents within SLA targets, and assist with user onboarding and device setup. Systems Management: Oversee Microsoft 365 licenses, permissions, Active Directory, and endpoint security. Infrastructure: Maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices, while ensuring our wired and wireless networks remain reliable. Security & Documentation: Uphold security policies, manage IT asset registers, and keep our internal knowledge base up-to-date. Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT Support or Desktop Support within a corporate environment. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi). Qualifications: CompTIA A and Network (or equivalent).
