- End User Support: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents within SLA targets, and assist with user onboarding and device setup.
- Systems Management: Oversee Microsoft 365 licenses, permissions, Active Directory, and endpoint security.
- Infrastructure: Maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices, while ensuring our wired and wireless networks remain reliable.
- Security & Documentation: Uphold security policies, manage IT asset registers, and keep our internal knowledge base up-to-date.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT Support or Desktop Support within a corporate environment.
