IT Support Engineer: Network & End-User Expert

Rapido Solutions Group is looking for an IT Support Engineer Specialist in León, Mexico, as the primary IT contact for technical support. The ideal candidate will handle Level 1 and 2 technical issues including network problems and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with other IT teams. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field and have a strong focus on networking. B2 English proficiency is required.
