The function of the IT engineer is to support the IT Manager in the daily work to ensure that every employee is able to work.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support employees in both networks, LATelec, on all hardware relevant topics (provide PC, display, power supply, etc.).
- Setup new PCs for the LATelec network with a LATelec master.
- Manage and keep track (inventory) of all LATelec hardware.
- Handle communication with hardware / software suppliers.
- Create / process / follow access requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- Experience 5 years in IT technical support
- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
- Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
- Work with high reactivity and under pressure
