ABOUT THE POSITION The function of the IT engineer is to support the IT Manger in the daily work to ensure that every employee is able to work.
RESPONSIBLITIES
The duties of the IT-engineer are in detail:
Support employees in both networks, LATelec, on all hardware relevant topics (provide PC, display, power supply, etc.).
Setup new PCs for the LATelec network with a LATelec master.
Manage and keep track (inventory) of all LATelec hardware.
Handle communication with hardware / software suppliers.
Create / process / follow access requests.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced English
Experience 5 years in IT technical support
Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
Work with high reactivity and under pressure
