IT Support Engineer - Field based, Retail Stores, London

Field based, covering 10 retail sites in London, 12 month initial fixed term contract.

Standard shift hours 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm.

Will be required to cover weekend shifts (1 weekend in 3)

As our field based Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all systems in retail stores with guidance and direction from SME when on site for smart hands.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract as an employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up new POS equipment, ensuring proper integration, and performing routine maintenance to keep systems functioning optimally.

• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to POS hardware and software, including malfunctions, connectivity problems, and system failures.
