Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
