We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer II to join a growing IT team in a senior, hands‑on support role. This position is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, systems administration, project execution, and mentoring junior support staff. Initial training will be onsite, with hybrid flexibility available after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II technical support and serve as an escalation resource for complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools.
- Administer and support Windows environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows Server, and PowerShell.
- Support endpoint imaging, provisioning, asset management, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve network‑related issues involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, email, TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL.
