Overview
My client has a 2nd line IT Support role working for a leading company based in Cheshire and are paying £30K.
The role involves supporting customers who have issues with their bespoke systems, speaking to customers, resolving issues when possible and passing to more technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line and 1st line support for Windows, Networking, SQL and other services.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
