IT Support Engineer

VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join their end user computing support function on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will involve providing first line and some second line technical support across hardware, M365, access management, and EUC services, handling requests via ServiceNow as well as face-to-face user interactions. You will be part of a wider support team working across UK and offshore colleagues, with access to established ServiceNow documentation and knowledge articles to support efficient resolution of incidents. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with two days per week on site following an initial onboarding period.
