IT Support Engineer (Arabic National / Speaker only )

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring devices, providing technical support and assisting employees with hardware and software issues. In addition to general IT support, you will also be involved in handling ERP‑related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Device Configuration – Set up and configure desktops, laptops and printers for employees.
• Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization.
• User Assistance – Help employees navigate and utilize IT systems, software and devices efficiently.
• Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure devices are running optimally.
