IT Support / Desktop Engineer
Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Support / Desktop Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 to Level 3 IT support (helpdesk and on-site)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
- Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
- Support daily IT operations and infrastructure tasks
- Assist in new system rollouts and project implementations
