Key Responsibilities 1. IT Support & Helpdesk Services
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
- Set up and troubleshoot IT equipment, including printers, scanners, monitors, and other peripherals.
- Perform software installation, updates, patch management, and system troubleshooting.
- Support users remotely and on-site across local and regional offices.
- Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access rights for PC systems, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and ERP applications.
