About the Role
A growing software house in South Manchester seeks an IT Support Analyst to mainly provide 2nd line support for a new infrastructure renewal programme, while also handling some first‑line tasks. Successful candidates may progress to 3rd line support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for Windows, Exchange, MS Server, LAN/WAN, and related infrastructure.
- Assist with 1st line support duties as required.
