Core Responsibilities- ServiceNow: Working proactively with tickets (Incidents & Service-Requests) in our ITSM tool (ServiceNow), handling the preparation of equipment such as laptops or mobile devices.
- On-Site support: Providing onsite support with computer hardware and meeting rooms technology and handling mobile phone devices.
- Incidents solving: Diagnosing software and hardware issues when appropriate and fixing them as quickly as possible.
- Infrastructure support: Supporting coordination and/or execution of Infrastructure project-related tasks.
- Student of a degree, or a related field starting from the 6th semester onward.
- Proactive, team player, responsible, and self-driven.
