IT Specialist: Tier 1/2 Network & End-User Support

Peraton is seeking an IT Specialist to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 at Peterson AFB, CO. This role involves providing Tier one and two network support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective communication with end-users.

The successful candidate will have a background in information systems development, a DoD TS/SCI clearance, and experience with help desk operations.
