IT Specialist
The IT Specialist is responsible for on‑site and remote technical support, system implementation, and IT operations at office and project site locations. The role focuses on hands‑on deployment, user support, and field IT tasks, ensuring IT services are available, operational, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for end users (hardware, software, network connectivity)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Setup, configure, and maintain biometric systems (fingerprint/face recognition devices, access control)
- Support IT requests for project sites, including temporary and remote locations
- Install, configure, and maintain Starlink internet connections per site, which includes:
