IT Specialist - Systems Administration (Microsoft 365)

Job Summary

The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing internet infrastructure across multiple locations, and addressing all IT needs of the company, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, procuring IT equipment, and managing our chat and email system (Microsoft Business). Additionally, when IT tasks are limited, the specialist will support the operations department with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage backend and front‑end aspects of our Microsoft 365 subscription. Configure and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Provide support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
• Provide comprehensive IT support, manage asset inventory, and enforce IT policies and best practices, including SAP B1 integration when necessary.
