Become an integral part of our IT team as an IT Specialist, supporting operations primarily in Eastern Canada. This role focuses on user support and technology deployment across various sites.
As a newly created position, this IT Specialist role reports to the IT Manager, emphasizing both collaborative projects and independent work. You will directly assist users, address troubleshooting needs, and support various software applications. A combination of technical expertise and excellent communication is crucial for ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
