2nd level support on all applications placed within the Road, Solving existing issues, manual creations, software access control, users trainings 

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level support for Road applications within the Road 2nd level support team

  • Ensure proper configuration of Road DSV applications in line with DSV standards

  • Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution

  • Contribute to performance optimization, including source code improvements and system enhancements

  • Create, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation

  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, legal requirements, and company policies (including intellectual property protection)
