The role provides Level 2 technical support, troubleshoots system issues, assists in system configuration and upgrades, and ensures optimal system performance and stability. It also supports project implementation, system enhancements, change requests, and IT process compliance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective retail technology solutions. Additionally, the position helps manage and improve other business applications, participates in system‑related projects aligned with organizational objectives, contributes to team development through knowledge sharing, and communicates system updates and operational status to stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient IT services.
