Key Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot computer systems such as laptops, desktops, servers, CCTV cameras and various printers/photocopiers/scanners.
- Maintain company backup system availability (file servers and NAS storage servers).
- Perform LAN cabling and IT server room administration, including firewall, switches and router management.
- System administration (Active Directory and web servers) – maintain network and Wi‑Fi security.
- Assist computer users of the company with IT‑related concerns.
- Assist in implementing IT solutions to improve business operations.
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years solid experience as an IT specialist.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and expertise in servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
