About the role
As an IT Support Specialist, your mission will be to make sure every person at Voicemod has a reliable, secure, and seamless IT experience from day one. You’ll own the day‑to‑day IT operations that keep the company running smoothly—from onboarding new hires and managing our equipment lifecycle to providing technical support, maintaining our internal tools, and ensuring our devices stay secure and compliant.
Based in our Valencia office (with flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week), you’ll become a trusted point of contact for IT across the company, working closely with our People, Workspace, and Engineering teams, as well as external vendors and suppliers. You’ll take ownership of your work, keep things organized, and proactively improve the way we operate as we continue to grow.
