Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Daily support of custom hardware/server configuration, working through a ticketing queue, interfacing with larger support teams to triage and resolve issues, and development of scripts/programs to increase system efficiency and remediate issues.
Core Competencies
- Basic hardware knowledge (compatibility between computer components)
- Linux and Windows OS
- Python or bash/powershell experience
- Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Visa required
