IT Site Services Lead: End-User & Onsite Support

Stefanini, Inc is looking for a Site Coordinator II to oversee IT products and services for end users in their Makati office. The coordinator will ensure high-quality IT service delivery and maintain compliance across local and global teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, experience in onsite IT support, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft products and IT Asset Management is a plus.

The position is full-time with a focus on customer-centric IT support.
