Role

First class End User Computing support with elements of Infrastructure skills across global sites

Responsibilities
  • Develop and interweave best practices throughout all services
  • Take ownership for End User issues, queries and requests
  • Deploy and support desktops, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPads, VOIP phone and any other authorized peripherals
  • Document all services, processes and best practices
  • Manage vendors who provide supporting services
  • Purchase, installation, configuration and support of all related hardware
  • Configuration and maintenance of virtual infrastructure
  • Manage retention policies and user data recovery
  • Manage quotes, invoices and purchase orders
