IT Services Support Engineer - On-Site, Global Teams

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an ITS Support Engineer to deliver on-site, high-quality IT support for Amazon's corporate workforce in Madrid.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, ensuring uptime and secure operations. As part of the IT Services team, you’ll mentor peers, collaborate with vendors, manage IT assets, and participate in change management in a high-availability setting.
