You will design, document, and govern transition processes, coordinate with Projects, Service Delivery, Asset and Vendor teams, and ensure minimal business disruption while aligning with ITIL principles.

This role requires strong xhfqzwm communication, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering transition initiatives in multi‑client
