As a permanent full-time IT Service Manager, you will manage all Information Technology services, ensuring seamless operations for Covenant Care and Covenant Living. Your role encompasses hardware, software, network management, and end-user support. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and service providers ensures the optimization of technology systems according to strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for IT services and infrastructure management
• Oversee system implementation, maintenance, and optimization
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Support IT projects and system improvements organization-wide
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
