This is a well-rounded role where you will analyze business needs, design core ITIL processes, and directly implement them inside our ITSM tool. You are a perfect fit if you understand process logic, know how to write code to automate workflows, and possess the communication skills needed to talk to business stakeholders. You will join a collaborative team where you will work together on large-scale projects, while maintaining the autonomy to handle smaller, end-to-end configurations independently. Strict and clear documentation of everything you build is a vital part of this role.
