IT Service Management Lead
An established and growing Irish organisation is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Lead to join its IT team. Reporting to the Head of IT, this is a key role responsible for building, embedding and leading the organisation's IT Service Management function.
This is a hands-on player-coach position, suited to someone who enjoys improving IT operations while remaining actively involved in technical support and service delivery. You'll take ownership of implementing ITIL best practices, enhancing operational processes and ensuring a high standard of IT support across the business. Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you'll play a central role in driving continuous improvement, managing critical incidents and helping shape the future of IT service delivery.
