My client, a global provider is wanting to fulfill a brand new role within its company and is looking for an ITIL Service Improvement Analyst / Service Delivery Analyst.

The IT Service Improvement Analyst is responsible for service improvement, service delivery oversight, service level analysis, reviewing service delivery performance, and highlighting potential productivity enhancements. You will also escape incidents and coordinate their resolution.

• Oversee a high-quality Service Delivery function.
• Compile reports on SLA performance and service delivery quality to the Service Delivery Management team.
• Create and maintain slides that will be used for senior management presentations.
• Track active performance against SLAs and escalate to Service Delivery Managers according to the SLA policies.
