RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. You will provide first line technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote desktop, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

You will log, track, and manage incidents in the ITSM system, escalate unresolved problems to second line or external vendors, assist with VPN, Office 365, Active Directory, and remote connectivity, and ensure SLAs are met.
