Job Description

The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff. The successful candidate should work from the Atradius office and demonstrate an aptitude for working with applications and systems to perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of staff problems, which may range from straightforward to more complex technical issues. Administrative duties include maintaining user records, preparing reports, and managing hardware inventories. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for this position. The role is based in the Rome office.
