We are looking for a Service Desk Agent Tier 2 to provide support and technical assistance to users. The role requires advanced English for written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and technical assistance to users
- Resolve incidents and provide technical assistance to clients by solving their incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- IOS / Windows troubleshooting
- VPN support
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On site, only in Hermosillo, Blvd. Navarrete 66, Col. Valle Escondido.
