IT Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and implementation of cloud projects, ensuring quality, scope adherence, and timely deliverables that conform to processes and standards, meeting all requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and issues.
• Manage project resources and progress, facilitating interactions and tasks between various parties to mitigate the risk of overall failure.
• Provide input into the development of cloud project plans, risk management plans, project milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business users and architects/designers.
• Ensure timely delivery of project activities, including identifying the critical path, monitoring and driving the completion of interdependent activities, and adjusting project schedules to meet overall completion deadlines.
