We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in BI, DWH, and data platforms. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, IT operations, and service delivery management to ensure reliable and high‑quality data services.
Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, and implementation of BI‑DWH IT Services delivery to business users according to best practices, while ensuring a high level of services quality and availability.
- Monitor, control and support IT Services delivery; ensure that systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
- Establishment and management of reporting related to IT Services.
- Align BI services with business priorities.
