IT Service Delivery Lead — Desk, Onsite & IMAC

SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH is looking for an IT Service Delivery Coordinator in Medellín, Antioquia. In this role, you will supervise support operations across the Service Desk, Onsite Support, and IMAC teams, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
