Act as a bridge between local business users (Florida - USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid - Spain).
Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
Define applications roadmap in coordination with Corporate IT.
Manage budget adherence.
Make sure all projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
Ensure quality of the key project phases (definition, design, testing and training).
Ensure the right level of documentation in all projects.
Monitor progress of IT projects and activities, identifying dependencies or bottlenecks.
Communicate to business directors and IT Director the progress of IT projects.
