Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Scrum Master - Banking who will guide delivery teams through effective Agile ceremonies, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and support successful execution of large initiatives across cross-functional pods.
Pay rate range (CAD): $75.00/hr – $80.00/hr
Responsibilities Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives Support team delivery by applying Kanban methodologies alongside Scrum practices Collaborate closely with technology and business stakeholders to remove delivery blockers Partner hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and step in to manage responsibilities when needed (e.g., during absences or vacations) Ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of delivery expectations, including SDLC fundamentals Coach teams toward continuous improvement and high-quality outcom...
