IT Sales Manager (Hunter)

We are hiring a pure hunter IT Sales Manager to drive net‑new customer acquisition . This role is 100% new business focused and ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and closing complex IT deals.

This position is not an account management or farming role . The successful candidate will focus exclusively on identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos , preferably with prior experience in an IT System Integrator (SI) or IT Services environment .

New Logo Acquisition (100% Hunter)

• Identify, prospect, and secure net‑new enterprise and commercial clients .
• Build pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, personal networks, events, and proactive prospecting .
• Own new‑business revenue targets and close deals independently .
