A large, highly regulated financial services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Risk & Compliance Manager to lead its IT SOX and ICFR control environment.
The organisation operates at significant scale, with complex technology platforms supporting critical customer and financial processes.
This role sits within a central Technology Risk / Security function and partners closely with Finance SOX, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit and external auditors.
The role You will own the IT component of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program for Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. This is a hands-on role focused on governance, control design, testing and assurance across enterprise technology environments.
You will act as a key point of accountability for IT controls, providing assurance to senior leadership and supporting regulatory and audit outcomes expected of a large, mature financial institution.
