Advise the business in the 1st and 2nd Line of Defence, promoting the concept of “Making a Safer Bank” so that risks are understood and properly managed and mitigated.
Work with squads, promoting awareness, advising and challenging on risks and steering them until mitigation evidence is approved.
Perform key control testing to prove that controls are within the organization’s risk appetite standards.
Follow up backlog speed in risk mitigation activities to prioritize actions towards the organization’s ambition.
