Your Role And Work Environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Help hiring managers defining their recruitment needs and the best strategy to approach them.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions of those needs.
- From day one, you'll be entrusted with the entire recruitment lifecycle including: sourcing applicants to offer stage, managing stakeholders and meeting with them on a regular basis to provide proactive updates.
- Select appropriate tools and channels of recruitment, allowing the employment of the staff.
- Source candidates directly through websites and other social media sites.
- Develop recruitment projects with a creative use of existing market opportunities to reach candidates.
