Infosys is seeking a Recruiter. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible to attract, engage, and retain top talent in Mexico. You will work closely with talent acquisition leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in our recruitment practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must be located in Monterrey , Mexico City or GDL . This position may require travel within Mexico.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 1 year experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interview scheduling, offer roll out, and onboarding.
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish.
