**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Conduct interviews in both **English and Spanish**:
- Track and report recruiting metrics regularly

**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **IT recruitment**:
- Strong understanding of **end-to-end recruitment** processes
