IT Recruiter cum HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter cum HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles while also supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of technical roles, and hands‑on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment
  • Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates via job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and database.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
