We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the expansion of the EMEA market.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, build, develop and manage client portfolio.
- Qualify, recruit and follow up with freelance consultants.
- Balance 50% sales and 50% recruitment responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience creating a client portfolio within the IT staffing industry.
- Experience recruiting for IT contract profiles.
- Proactive prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language is a bonus.
- Results- and target-driven mindset.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and a go‑getter.
