**Role**
The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery
**͏**:
- Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager.
- Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through successfully managing large and complex projects.
- A bachelor's degree of science in business management, administration (or any relevant degree), with proven experience in Program Management tools and techniques
- Experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies.
- Significant experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project delivery.
- Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
- Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution desired
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
