It Project Manager - Omnichannel

Our IT PMO Department in Madrid (Spain) is looking for a role that includes the following responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
Lead delivery of IT projects across E-commerce-, Retail Sales- and Omnichannel platforms
Own end-to-end execution: scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes
Coordinate across business (Ecom, Marketing, Customer Service), IT, and external partners
Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery milestones with full transparency
Challenge solutions and vendors to ensure business value and architectural fit
Drive structured reporting and clear escalation to senior stakeholders
Ensure alignment across digital channels, customer data, and order processes
Your ideal profile
5+ years in IT project delivery, focused on digital / e-commerce / CRM
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Service, Commerce, Marketing Cloud) or similar platforms a plus
